We all have leaks in our budget, meaning that we spend money mindlessly and unintentionally on things that we don’t need and many times, things that we don’t even want. Creating your budget around what you feel is important is necessary for you to be successful in your personal financial planning.

Creating a Mindful and Intentional financial plan around what you feel is important is necessary for you to stick to the plan. You stop by the grocery store to pick up a few items and find yourself in the checkout line with a shopping cart overflowing with groceries. Grocery stores are strategically designed to stimulate shopping and get us to part with our money. two thirds of what we buy in the grocery store are impulse purchases, meaning we had no intention of making that purchase. The cost of food has significantly increased over the years putting a strain on many household budgets. Face it, food is a flexible expense where you overspend. Food costs are dependent on where you live, where you shop, what you buy, and the number of people in your household but it is still one of the easiest product categories to reduce spending with simple mindful and intentional strategies. The purpose of this course is to decrease your monthly food bill and will cover in store grocery shopping, online shopping, and eating out.
